Ashton is a commerce law graduate with a passion for the communications sector. He has spent over eleven years working in Australia and the UK for the biggest communications agencies, on the world’s biggest brands: News LTD, Nokia, Pizza Hut, Nestle, CommSec, GSK and FOXTEL. He has significant major campaign experience including new product development, brand repositionings and launches. In recent times he has been working in experiential marketing and exploring deeper consumer connections. He works as an innovations consultant facilitating new strategies and ideas to drive business growth in an increasingly competitive consumer market.

Simon is the most awarded media strategist in Australia. He also has firsthand experience in running, and scaling-up, growing companies. When BellamyHayden Media Strategy started it had 6 people, when he left it had 25, and had been growing at 30% a year for 8 years.
Slingshot Media Ventures started 12 months ago with only 3 people. Today, Slingshot has 9 people, a great culture and will post a healthy first year profit.

Jeff advises some of Australia’s most influential business leaders on marketing strategy in his pro bono work for World Education Australia and with their innovative microfinance portal Good Return.
He’s spoken at Sydney’s top universities on marketing communications and prior to joining Step Change Marketing was recognised in the top 0.5% of STW Group’s (Australasia’s largest and most successful marketing communications group) leaders, in their High Potentials programme.
During his career Jeff has already conceptualised and implemented million dollar campaigns for some of the World’s biggest brands, including; Vodafone, where he built a world first, interactive Rugby simulator and has strategic brand experience on some of Australia’s largest brands, including; CommSec, The Australian and Kimberly Clark.
